I did Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, level 1 today for my workout. It's 20 minutes, no rest...circuit training exercises, no weights needed, it's a good workout. It's tough but you can modify by following one of the other ladies in the video. I have ordered the video but this week I am using the Comcast episode that is for free when you go to the Fitness section under the ON DEMAND section; they have Level 2 on there as well. 3 of my kids did it tonight as well, they liked it.
